Been here 2 months,its very quite,everyone i have talked to have been very nice.The rent is very affordable,the shock of all was the \$15.47 cent electric bill for the entire month.Water pressure is very strong,plenty of hot water.I give this place a thumbs up for sure.
I am a 9+ years tenant of Woodridge Manor Apts. The first few years at Woodridge were great, then it was sold to a Reality that hired on-site manager ( 3 Different ones) that ran it like German Gistaples. Then it was sold again. Now we have no onsite managers, and Maintainance is non existant. If youre a partier this is the place for you. This is what a few good tenant have to deal with 24/7. If youre looking for a good decent place to live, Woodridge Manor is not the place to live
They are crazy, this place is where a meth lab blew up and i checked on prices this week and the cheapest is \$525.00 and the place isnt that nice.That was for a one bedroom. Not to mention a credit check and some kind of fee for the fire department to check out smoke alarms. Probably because of the meth lab blowing up a couple of years ago. I guess if you need a place here is one. I wont be living there.......
THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!The manager of the complex with break in and rob you while youre away! RUN RUN RUN if you think of renting from here. The manager is a creep and will harrass you and then trash your place. HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE!
This place is horrible. My sister lives in here and the management is non existent. They have no maintenance and for 365.00 I could have rented her out one of my bedrooms and it would be just as big. All you partiers who make noise all night. Beware!!!!
This used to be a nice community with reasonable rent now the owners expect the tenents to pay for their dicision to change gas services by charging us all a \$150. deposit and fill out a credit check for the new gas company. When i signed my lease the gas was included. Then we have stray dogs running around everywhere and no one cleans up after them. The tenents are mostly on fixed or low incomes and we love our neighbors but every few months the management makes up something else that isnt in any of our leases. The apartme... read more
