Go away from this clinic. There is no respect for patients. I went 2 times. First time we were 2 patients in all clinic. I waited 1.5 hour. Doctor was talking on the phone and didn't take any attentions to appointment times and patients.I went to clinic today again. I waited 1hr and 40 minutes. Doctor didn't show up. How come they still have a license to work? If you want to save your time just go far away from this crazy place.

I went to the clinic drive-up in *******, ** for a Covid-19 test. I entered all required information on their portal. Including both sides of my insurance card. My card clearly shows BCBSIL ******** ADVANTAGE (HMO). I asked the attendant if they accept my insurance. I was told yes. After a few months I received a bill for $260 for four tests three for me and one for my wife. I inquired about that. They told me that they do not except HMO insurance. The staff who register the patients in are very rude and judgemental. They do not have any work ethics and they do not want to hear u. They talk over u. I don't why the management is sleeping or they have gone blind. I am surely going to escalate this further. They should have some manners to talk to the patient. I hope the management reacts to this review and take some action towards their junk employees
