Fantastic apartment complex with great amenities. It's a little ways out of downtown so it's quiet. The staff are also very friendly and responsive!
Korrina made the move out process extremely unpleasant and unnecessary charges to move out. In addition the apartment was way to expensive for what it’s worth. You can find a newer and bigger apartment for cheaper or the same price.
Katherine & Jaden are very kind & approachable. They made my transition to their apartment easy. Gave me facts to the place, Answered my Emails or calls & Explained everything to me. Its my first time in Rochester, move for work in MAYO, most of the time they guided me & answered all my questions. Also, they Attended to all my needs. Appreciated so much. Jaedon and all of the staff at Woodbridge were so helpful in the move in process! They were proactive in communicating and answered all question with exact detailed answers.
Andy is THE BEST maintenance man. This review is long over due but he still deserves it! My electronic lock unfortunately broke and he worked long past his usual hours to solve the problem and get me back into my apartment. He is always very timely when I put in requests. He is a huge asset to Woodridge!
