I came here to get a window fixed by the body shop. First, they worked with me on a time because I had a delivery I needed to make. Then when I arrived I was seen immediately and given an estimated timeline. The truck was treated respectfully and given back with a great looking brand new window. The associate had a great positive attitude, and answered any questions I had. Even if I felt like maybe they were no brainers. I gave the pendleton 3 stars because they were ok, not great. I like the people, I think they are kind, but the prices and the communication was off. My truck needed a fuel pump they charged me $ 3K for it!! With labor, they even charged me to bring it up from there durt lot to the bay $400 (smh) so as I was gonna pick the truck up( 6mo later) I told them to do pm and change a few things and check the batteries.
