Man what a dealership this was ten years ago… RWC is a prime example of corporate America ruining a good dealership. From buying Chinese parts off of Amazon and throwing a RWC label on the box along with a 100% mark up to closing the salvage shop and selling off the rental fleet. What a disgrace to Woodys name. RWC has no interest in providing to the local owner operators zero parts inventory left, zero truck inventory, and zero care from a corporate company. Tim got my truck into the shop and fixed in 2.5 hours and kept my company 2000 miles away informed. He was cordial and welcoming. I highly recommend this place for your International needs.
Jacob was absolutely amazing! Not only did he report to an incident for my broke-down truck and stuck driver late at night but also easy to work with arranging the placement of our equipment for easy recovery next day. He also gave my driver a ride to a closeby town for his layover. Additionally, he is prompt with phone and text communication and always with a great attitude. Overall an excellent experience!
