PRICE GOUGED! by the service department as a local company. We were charged over $1,400 for them to write out exactly what we told them we experienced with electrical issues on our truck. They could not fully diagnose what was wrong. Took over $1,400 to write our words onto paper. DO NOT TAKE YOUR EQUIPMENT OR TRUCK HERE! Claim of discovering issue with previous wire work is inconclusive and did not describe what the issue is or identify it.
Motor just quit after climbing Cabbage! Towing service was out here in a quickly time frame and got me back to town . Recommend these guys ....
We had an amazing experience with this shop! Our driver got stuck on I-84 early in the morning, and we called to ask if they work with NTP. Everything was handled quickly and professionally from the very start. I was connected with Tim, who was incredibly helpful and kept us updated throughout the process.
