I’ve been here for 20+ years unfortunately I don’t have the means to move anywhere else, but I’m VERY UNHAPPY with the management of the complex and the lack of upgrades for how old the complex. This Complex was built in 1998 . This apartment complex either needs to be shut down or remodels the water damage in all units will damage your health. I’ve lived at Woodpark Apartments in Aliso Viejo since 2000, and this place has ruined my health, delayed critical surgeries, and subjected me to years of retaliation and neglect. If you are disabled, low-income, or just want a safe place to live—stay far away. In 2017, my unit flooded. Within 24 hours, mushrooms were growing out of the walls. Black mold spread everywhere.
