Fast response, very knowledgeable and professional would highly recommend for home inspections.
I had a 5 day inspection period for a home purchase, and Eric was easy reach and came out FAST. He was very knowledgeable, and allowed me to walk with him during inspection, where he pointed out things I should know about, as well as lots of extra info for maintaining the home. An added bonus - he hired the termite and septic inspectors for me, who were both awesome as well. I ended up needing the seller to repair the septic system, and hired them to re-inspect.
