Living at The Meadows was a great experience. The community was peaceful, and the grounds were always clean and well-maintained. The maintenance staff was friendly, attentive, and quick to resolve any issues. The management team was responsive, professional, and easy to work with. I highly recommend The Meadows to anyone looking for a well-managed and quiet place to live.
Lori, Jami and Angela have really turned this complex around. Clean, quiet and serene. Perfect for any kind of family. Pets are welcome and it’s very cute seeing some of the small dog breeds gather and have a little meet and greet. Laundry center on site that was recently renovated. Friendly neighborhood and excellent staff.
The ceilings are caving in with water damage. The staff is extremely unprofessional, and lack mannerism. There are nothing but cigarettes all over the property. The hallways smell like smoke. Garbage is all over the property and a neighbor from the neighborhood next to the complex has to come clean up the trash. I watch the staff that lives above the leasing office often stalk tenants and record them. Their son is usually following fellow tenants around recording them. Extremely creepy here. These are great apartments in a great area. The apartments are beautiful, not to mention the entire complex. The lawns and gardens are always maintained beautifully. The staff are always very pleasant and helpful. In particular Lori the Resident Relations Manager and Steve the Property Superintendent. They are always friendly and very responsive. Always getting back to you very quickly. I would highly recommend these apartments.
