Never have I ever lived somewhere where neighbors behave like legitimate neighbors and maintenance staff actually come promptly and maintain and repair. The front desk and management are responsive and I don’t feel like an inconvenience like I have at other places I’ve lived. Laidback place but well-maintained, lots of green spaces, a well-kept pool, and extremely affordable.
I have lived here for about four years. Great management. Great neighbors who have become friends. Landscaping is beautiful. The pool is a mini oasis. Location is close to Osbourne's BiRite grocery store (family owned) and many restaurants. You can walk to Sevier Park for the Tuesday farmers market and the occaisional outdoor concert. Service/support pets allowed and I enjoy all my dog friends here.
