The good: - apartments have a good layout and good storage space - maintenance team is amazing - the grills are a great amenity - easy walk to train station The bad: - just hope that you never have any issues because management doesn’t want to help anyone. They will either feed you lies or send you what sounds like AI generated emails. Office door is closed half the day because they don’t want to deal with tenants. We rented a 2b/2b here for 8 months while looking for a house. We loved this apartment - super easy to commute to the city and very close to downtown. Everything in the building and on the property was well maintained and the management team (s/o Nivian) was superb. Maintenance was also quick to come the one time we needed them. We would highly recommend Woodmont!
