If you don’t mind paying high rents, broken elevators, dirty and smelly hallway carpets, unsecure front doors, residents constantly changing, limited unmanaged parking, a package room in disarray, and terrible removal of snow, then this is the place for you. ELEVATOR HAS BEEN OUT FOR ALMOST A MONTH, YOU WILL NOT GET ANY MORE RENT MONEY FROM ME.

So much domestic violence can be heard from various apartments. The constant reeking of marijuana and a leasing office that refuses to acknowledge work orders. Not a great place for children. The cost is over inflated. I would not recommend.
We used to love living here but since November it has become HORRIBLE. New neighbors moved in from New York and it’s constant chaos. Constant loud banging, stomping, and screaming all hours of the day and night. The apartment constantly shakes from their child running around (which I totally get but at 12 am..
