My daughter was there about a week when I took her out and back to hospital when they tried to tell me I couldn’t. I walked in and found her tied in a chair, soiled clothing, no one around, told them at desk, I had to leave for an hour, when I came back she was still tied in chair ! Obviously no one had been to check on her. I had her taken back to hospital and in that short time she was there she had bed sores and had had a heart attack which no one was aware of.... RecommendedI broke my right wrist and my right knee was fractured the end of April. I spent almost a week in the hospital, and then two weeks at Westport Place for rehab. The care; the staff; the therapists, and the food was amazing! I highly recommend Westport Place Health Campus!

RecommendedThey have done an excellent job protecting their residents from covid-19. Additionally I commend trilogy— who owns Prarie lakes for their transparency from the start of covid-19 for the public to access their date readily on their website. They have always reported number of cases— employee or resident and # of deaths in each and every building—they did this when so many other SNF’s were not reporting publicly. In these difficult times— they have done a wonderful job!
screw this place. they called the cops on my family for trying to see our grandmother. going to do what I can to get her out. they are terrible
