Overall it is nice here. Townhomes are a bit small but still nice to have 2 floors. It’s usually pretty quiet and most of the people that live here are nice, and generally consist of couples in their 30s getting ready to buy a house. Rent isn’t cheap but isn’t outrageous either. Overall I just wish the units were a little bigger.
My Wife and I have lived here for over 2 years. It is a wonderful Enclosed Community. We never had any major issues of complaints of any kind. Management is always responsive, timely and caring. It is a great rental community to live in.
I would not rent from this place. Stay away...
We have lived here for six months so far and we love it! It’s within walking distance from the train and a small downtown with a variety of small businesses and food places. There’s also a beautiful waterfront park less than half a mile away, and a gym right next door! Our townhouse is clean, modern and well maintained. Our unit was in perfect condition when we moved in.
