They should call this place Dog Cove. This is a relatively newer complex (built in 2018 I think?) and it’s on the smaller side with a LOT of mini townhomes. Are they on the nicer side… sure, but they are very small. My biggest issue is there are WAY too many dogs in this complex!! As a dog lover myself and owning my own, it’s hard to walk her sometimes because there are only so many tiny streets where you’re bound to run into someone else’s pet! Townhomes are a bit small but overall nice. I believe they were built in 2018 so they’re still somewhat on the newer side which is a plus.
Overall it is nice here. Townhomes are a bit small but still nice to have 2 floors. It’s usually pretty quiet and most of the people that live here are nice, and generally consist of couples in their 30s getting ready to buy a house. Rent isn’t cheap but isn’t outrageous either. Overall I just wish the units were a little bigger.
My Wife and I have lived here for over 2 years. It is a wonderful Enclosed Community. We never had any major issues of complaints of any kind. Management is always responsive, timely and caring. It is a great rental community to live in.
