Overall nice community but like someone else said there are WAY too many dogs (I love dogs but there are just far too many)
I echo what someone else mentioned… there are way too many dogs in this complex… and I love dogs/have one myself… but it’s literally almost every unit at this point. Other than the dog overload, I’ve lived here for several years now and haven’t had any major issues.
They should call this place Dog Cove. This is a relatively newer complex (built in 2018 I think?) and it’s on the smaller side with a LOT of mini townhomes. Are they on the nicer side… sure, but they are very small. My biggest issue is there are WAY too many dogs in this complex!! As a dog lover myself and owning my own, it’s hard to walk her sometimes because there are only so many tiny streets where you’re bound to run into someone else’s pet! At some point there needs to be a cut off of the amount of dogs you can own here... read more
Townhomes are a bit small but overall nice. I believe they were built in 2018 so they’re still somewhat on the newer side which is a plus.
