Terrible management company. Ended up stealing my deposit in the excess of $8000. Glad the new law that allows landlord to only keep 1 month of deposit. Stay away from this company.
I lived in a property managed by Woodminster for several years and recently moved out. Have lived in one of the units they've managed for nearly 2 years now and am very pleased with their responsiveness - pretty immediate service for fixing anything, big or small, that has needed tending since I moved in. And the unit was in very good shape when I moved in, as well!
Renting with Woodminster was great. Nick was friendly, knowledgeable & understanding of our needs. You can tell really takes pride in his work and his company. We would recommend anyone planning to rent in the East Bay to check out Woodminster’s rentals.
