Renting with Woodminster was great. Nick was friendly, knowledgeable & understanding of our needs. You can tell really takes pride in his work and his company. We would recommend anyone planning to rent in the East Bay to check out Woodminster’s rentals.
Woodminster Realty has been managing the property where I rent an apartment for about 18 years. I was actually here before they started working with the current property owner, and it really makes a difference to have a professional team managing things. I rented a unit through them for just over 3 years at a unit in west Oakland. During my tenancy there on top of issues with management never responding timely to emails, calls ignoring one tenant in favor of responding to others, and poor record keeping (they’re insisting a year of my tenancy is not on file with them despite me having a lease to prove it); there were EXTREME issues with molding. The unit is an add on to an already existing building split up into 2 units, ours being the third. Because of this we get little to... read more

Rarely if ever answers emails, tried to levy an illegal rent increase in me during COVID and threatened to sue me for a negative yelp review claiming defamation. The email Nick sent threatening to sue me was sent on Christmas Eve to give you a sense of who this person is
