I lived in a property managed by Woodminster for several years and recently moved out. Have lived in one of the units they've managed for nearly 2 years now and am very pleased with their responsiveness - pretty immediate service for fixing anything, big or small, that has needed tending since I moved in. And the unit was in very good shape when I moved in, as well!
Renting with Woodminster was great. Nick was friendly, knowledgeable & understanding of our needs. You can tell really takes pride in his work and his company. We would recommend anyone planning to rent in the East Bay to check out Woodminster’s rentals.
Woodminster Realty has been managing the property where I rent an apartment for about 18 years. I rented a unit through them for just over 3 years at a unit in west Oakland. During my tenancy there on top of issues with management never responding timely to emails, calls ignoring one tenant in favor of responding to others, and poor record keeping (they’re insisting a year of my tenancy is not on file with them despite me having a lease to prove it); there were EXTREME issues with molding.
