A nice apartment neighborhood! Prices are very high but Amenities include a swimming pool and dog park as well as playground. The units themselves are kind of tired looking inside (doorways, stairs, hallways) for the rent charged. Also, many of the parking areas are in need of repairs. There are also some very questionable figures working as maintenance personnel.
This place is trash. 90 degrees INSIDE the apartment, when someone from a complex over is sitting at 70 and comfortable. This is 100% a complex/unit issue and needs to be addressed ASAP. Before this incident we installed our own window ac unit and their crappy units STILL can’t keep up. Called the emergency line 5 hours ago to get told “AC is a luxury” and the tech said “he’d try his best to get approval from the property manager (Holly) to see if he could bring by another window AC unit.” Called back because there was no up... read more
