I’ve lived here for 3 years and for my first apartment it has been nothing short of amazing. When I moved in pricing was very reasonable. I’ve never had a mouse or bug problem, I’ve never seen trash outside, it’s always super quiet and it’s right across from Mercer county park and Mercer county community college. Maintenance is always really fast and very nice. Management is always understanding and super helpful. This is the first place I’d recommend to anybody that could afford it, I love it here. Ongoing Cigarette Smoke Issue and Health Concern For the past month, because the neighbors who come to the first floor keep smoking non-stop, it’s impossible to sleep on the second floor due to the smell of cigarettes. I am 4 months pregnant, and I wake up at night because of the smoke smell and I feel like crying. Even though we politely asked the neighbor to stop, they do not. Moved in to Woodmere in August and absolutely love it! Location across the park cannot be beat; Office staff and maintenance team are friendly and very helpful; walls are thick enough to not hear neighbors; and as far as I've noticed no issues with the ventilation system since moving in two months ago! Great value for the location and size of apartment :) Very happy here!
Apartments nice, staff nice, location great, but other people's smoke comes thru the heating system and you breathe in secondhand smoke....sometimes thick smoke..... Gross.... ventilation sucks... starting to look for other apartments...smoke free ones. For what they charge here? We can do better.... Omg today is over 2 weeks and the smoke is worse... when the heat goes on the smoke gets worse.....ventilation system sucks!!!! this morning at 4:15 am I woke to sore throat and having to BREATHE THROUGH MY COVERS....
