Don’t park your car there or move in they’re money hungry and they do not give af about you as a tenant , the front office ppl are nasty af and they towed my car for a $20 inspection sticker everything else up to date costed me $300 and made me late to work !
Doooooo not live here !!! They do not care about their tenants whatsoever. Woodmere contracts w/ shady tow companies & Will tow your vehicle for a flat tire , if your inspection stickers is out of date, or if you need decals. I have videos of a new tenant U-haul being towed.. also videos of them dragging a 2WD vehicle in the street to justify a tow… Your visitors are not safe either . I’ve experienced neighbors with multiple police visits (swat) && not one visit from the office . Also Multiple tenants in one unit .No visit f... read more
I have been living their for about 3 years or so and they are very respectful and helpful whenever I call the office, and they keep the areas cleaned
