I HAVE LIVED HERE, AND THE MANAGER DOES AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE, AND THE OWNERS ARE SLUM LORDS... YOU HAVE TO PUT EVERYTHING IN WRITING AND HOPE IT MIGHT BE FIXED. THEY ONLY SHOVEL SNOW IF IT IS MORE THAN 6 INCHES. AND SOMETIMES THEY EVEN PUT SAND DOWN. The manager moved out a while back and you are lucky to have seen him since. You are not able to find out the owners phone number and the lady owner only comes to the apartments to get the rent checks and then she vanishes in her high dollar car.
