I travelled to this hotel pn a business trip with four elderly people and we were treated like criminals by the night clerk who claimed he was a security guard which is not true. This night clerk was a large man, over 6ft and heavy, I am 59yrs old with grey hair and less than 150lbs. When we came down to leave for our business it was 3:30am and he was saying that there was something wrong going on and instead of acting like a host he proceeded to interrogate us on who we are, wh... read more

My experience was nothing short of awful. Firstly, upon arrival, it became immediately apparent that the hotel bore no resemblance to the images depicted online during the booking process. The discrepancy between the advertised pictures and the actual conditions of the hotel was shocking and misleading. The hotel was undergoing extensive construction and renovation work, despite accepting guests. The presence of hazardous conditions, such as wires hanging from the ceiling in the hallway, absence of carpeting, and makeshift r... read more
