Been living here for almost 3 years now and just love this area. It’s quiet and the office staff are literally the best. Mrs. Leslie and her team put in their best efforts to assist us anytime. The kids love the community pool parties and games. You just don’t get this treatment in a lot of places these days. Will be renewing
I have lived here for over 7 year and they will randomly charge you for stupid shit. They definitely discriminate and pick who they will charge. I been charged 50 dollars multiple times with out warning for having two items. While other people will have a lot more. They will NOT warn you. and you will be charge no matter what. They do not work with you and management is a joke. I almost never leave reviews, but here’s my input on this community. My parents and I lived here from April 2019 to May 2025 and quite frankly, it was a very good stay at the beginning until a change in management occurred. They do not care about their tenants’ needs and the employees are extremely rude. I genuinely do not recommend this community.
If your friend or family member lives here, don’t visit because they’ll tow your car while the sun is still out!

Very, Very engaging with families and children throughout activities and events. Let me testify.
