This place is probably a scam. They invited us to an open house for a specific rental listing, and then they turned us away when we arrived at the open house (exactly as invited) because we hadn't scheduled a specific viewing time. At no point when the woodmark agent invited us to the open house did she tell is we needed to schedule a specific viewing time, she just told us to come any time during the open house.
