Purchased in 2015 by RPK Development/The Korda Group, we work hard every day to meets the needs of this community and it's tenants. We have made many changes since purchasing this property, and we are constantly working towards more ways to help make this community safe for our tenants and a place our tenants can feel good about calling it home.

Roaches on sidewalk!!
Roach probablem, and they do nothing. Have to call multiple times to make sure anything gets done.
Do not move here if you like your peace of mind. Neighbors upstairs are so nosey. Nonstop stomping and banging all day and night. Management does nothing about it.
