Do not rent Wood Manor and College Inn apartments. I live here for 11 years. I had an appointment with Roger the leasing agent to renew the lease. Then he claimed that the lease is not ready. Two days later I reported that AC isn’t working properly. Turned out it is the Freon leaking. The manager, Ashley Stacey, wanted me to move out so they can do repairs. Very quick and efficient on fixing issues and getting back in touch with you! Help you out when needing assistance or extra time on rent ! Ashley is a great management over the apartments very well spoken and professional! The apartments are very affordable and quiet I’d say the only down fall is the installation in the homes are supper thin and a simple concern of neighbors can be escalated simply off of it being so poor on sound travel…these apartments are great for college kids and single people, having any dogs or animal... read more
WORST SLUMLORDS IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED! Literally never in the office. Never answer emails. Never answer calls. And I’m not exaggerating. They just don’t do their job. Don’t live here please
These apartments want to start raising thr price of rent and start charging a pet deposit for each pet per month. Well, they aren't even wheelchair accessible, the sidewalk where the second entrance is they could have a lawsuit against them if someone falls and gets hurt really bad. 🤔 Now they want us to start making appointments to pay rent. How much more ridiculous can this get. Next thing you know we are going to have to make appointments when something goes wrong in the apartment.
