Food was delicious and customer service really went above and beyond when the third-party delivery person didn't show up.

The only star is for the delivery drivers. We ordered sandwiches from them a month ago. The delivery guys are very professional, but not the food. What would you think if your boss asked you if you "ordered from Grocery store" and "for this price, they better put lobster and steak in it"? The reason that this horrible place lost most of the stars was not because of the food, but their people. One of their employees (probably the manager or owner) was EXTREMELY RUDE.
