My experience with Avenue Living Communities has been quite disappointing. The building manager is never reachable, and it's very difficult to get in touch with anyone to discuss concerns. There’s a lack of consistency in pricing — I was charged significantly more for a basement unit compared to units on higher floors, which didn’t make sense given the differences in quality.
