Rats and roaches. Leasing office person was replaced 3 times during 8 months. No emergency maintenance for 4 days while the apartment above us was leaking. Our wall and carpet had water damage due to it and all maintenance did was vacuum so the carpet smells. Ac flow is bad. All they told us to do is close some vents. Vent also randomly fell out and when we requested maintenance, they had been fired AGAIN.
