Wonderful property/staff very understanding & respectful people.
The manager Ashley is incredibly responsive and friendly. Maintenance requests are handled within 24 hours. The apartments are modern and the amenities are kept very clean. It’s a great, safe location.
Brentwood is a very nice place no loud noise no hanging out my apartment is nice 💕ms Ashely is the best 🫶🏾and so is ms Tammy I love it 🫶🏾
I’ve had excellent experiences when it comes to the management, no problems with the services, the maintenance is great, drama free and property is kept clean. My overall score is 10 out of 10. Ms Ashley and Tammy are excellent managers never had a problem with them they make sure they get the work done. 100 of 100
Office staff Ashley and Tammy are great. They each offer Professionalism with just the right amount of being personable and realistically approachable. Real solutions are given in REAL TIME.. to REAL issues/concerns. Maintenance doesn’t BARGE in like they do at so many other properties.. Dave works really hard to address issues, and keep coming grounds clean EXPEDITIOUSLY. KEEP AT IT GUYS! We applaud and appreciate you. 🫡🤌🏽💕
