I like it bc of where my unit is, but you are going lose your good ppl you have. your rented to ppl that are bringing bugs!! Window 's don't open, thermostats, don't work I never complain ever! This place is horrible to live and the positive reviews are probably fake, especially the one left by "Bart Sampson." The place is disgusting and the property manager will go out of her way to give you your security deposit back, including claiming that you didn't pay your rent despite having traced money orders.
Alright place to stay. The handyman has a bit of an attitude problem but overall not a bad place. Owner seems like a nice guy. Would recommend staying here if you are on budget (which is often the case with international students).
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! This place is absolutely terrible the AC doesn’t work, it is bug infested, water damage in apartment, and the manager Stephanie is so worthless. I have told her about issues and she just ignores me and has an attitude. I would have put no stars but isn’t a option. Again DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!
