Great clinic with several doctors and practictioners.
Poor service. The receptionist called to inform me that my reports were normal. However, when I asked about one specific report, she gave incorrect information, claiming it had arrived. Life Labs had previously told me this report would take four weeks to be available. When I checked my reports online, I found that this particular report was still pending. It seems the clinic staff are bluffing and not prioritizing patient care.
Dr. Rizvi was thoroughly professional and considerate - I felt that my well-being and concerns were taken seriously here, and he was knowledgeable and patient in addressing any questions I had.
Dr. Rizvi has been an outstanding physician for our family. I manage care for a family member with special medical needs, and he has been consistently patient, responsive, and thorough. He takes the time to explain medications, promptly answers inquiries, and makes the entire process feel supportive rather than rushed. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his patients.
