I was in the office at Woodlawn Terrace Apartments and I spoke with the manager Courtney Arrasmith, I explained my situation and she told me had a one bedroom apartment on the third floor accessible by elevator and she gave me a price. She did say her internet was down but she would call me as soon as she was up and running. That was December 9, 2024 at 10 something am. The property manager needs to be fired. She's never in the office and she doesn't answer the phone when she is there. My friend got approve for an apartment back in June. Paid her deposit and has yet been able to move in.She says it will be ready on this date and when I ask her about it it's still not ready. She a big liar.
These are very nice apartments, but the Office Manager is very Rude!!! This is place where senior citizens live, what type of person has to be this rude and nasty to elderly tenants!!! A person with this type of attitude should not be in charge of having any communication with people. She does not know how to talk to people!!!
