Maintenance specialist Ezekiel Martinez came to the apartment to fix the problem we was having he was very polite and provided excellent service and fixed the issue.
I want to give a huge shout out to Ezekiel Martinez he is a maintenance specialist for Woodlawn ranch apartments on w.Cheryl Dr , he was fast and got straight to our issue which was a leak under the kitchen sink …. All we did was tell him the issue we were having, and he beat us to the apartment and had everything fixed correctly, he had a smile on his face the whole time great guy perfect attitude, exceptional work …. This has to be some of the most miserable, unprofessional rude staff i’ve ever encountered or dealt with. The eye rolling, ugly stares and eye rolling is just disgusting. What a horrible look for the brand and this just reflects everything about the complex and upper management. Do not move here unless you like negativity.
