I’ve lived here at Woodlawn Park Apts. for nearly 10 years. There have been a few management team changes. Woodlawn Park Apts. Manager Cheryl is always attentive to my concerns and ensures they’re addressed by her staff. I do know she manages other complexes besides Woodlawn Park Apartments. She genuinely cares about the residents here. Anytime I’ve seen her whether or not there are any work requests that I have requested , she is always making the time to stop and chat with me. I have lived here for a month. Moving in took almost a month to get the office to provide paperwork. Once we turned in application they raised the monthly rent and even when we showed screenshots of the amount listed they refused to honor the original pricing. The AC has now stopped working 7 times in 9 weeks ... Everytime it rains the AC stops. On the 7th time they provided a window unit and tape a baby diaper box to my window to block out bugs and pump out hot air. Update: the window unit stopped working and the office has... read more
Great place, well kept. Good location. The staff is the best. Cheryl and Danny good people, very helpful, very polite, very easy to work with.
My husband and I lived at this apartment complex for 15 months. In the beginning, things were great, but unfortunately, management and overall quality declined significantly over time. The units are quite old and not well-renovated. When we moved in, we noticed baseboards painted over with pet fur and human hair still stuck to them—clearly not a thorough cleaning job. The property is very well kept and quiet the Leasing Office Staff is very friendly very helpful very supportive and also very understanding. Cheryl is a amazing property manager I wouldn’t have asked for a different person to help me she kept me in great spirits and insured me she was going to try her best everytime and that she did.
