Great place, well kept. Good location. The staff is the best. Cheryl and Danny good people, very helpful, very polite, very easy to work with.
My husband and I lived at this apartment complex for 15 months. In the beginning, things were great, but unfortunately, management and overall quality declined significantly over time. The units are quite old and not well-renovated. When we moved in, we noticed baseboards painted over with pet fur and human hair still stuck to them—clearly not a thorough cleaning job. The property is very well kept and quiet the Leasing Office Staff is very friendly very helpful very supportive and also very understanding. Cheryl is a amazing property manager I wouldn’t have asked for a different person to help me she kept me in great spirits and insured me she was going to try her best everytime and that she did. THANK YOU CHERYL SO MUCH
Cheryl is one of the hardest working individuals, i have ever met in my life. While she was helping me into the last one bed one bath apartment, which saved me more than I could put into words, she also managed to help like 3 other groups of people into apartments and was also answering phone calls and doing like 30 other things multitasking and going above and beyond for this management company. Let me tell you I had an amazing experience it was little tricky but Mrs Cheryl help us threw the process very patient good on her feet and stay consistent every step of the process even came back to the property at 8 o’clock with our keys when approved definitely a must to apply for application thank you for all you do
