The location of this property is perfect, but honestly, the management team is what really makes it stand out. Cheryl, the property manager, is always on top of everything. She and her team do a great job keeping the property well-maintained and are quick to address any issues that come up. Such a great place to live!
I’ve lived at Woodlawn Apartments for over 2 years and just wanted to shout out David from maintenance! He’s always super quick to respond and really nice every time he comes by. Anytime something needs fixing, he gets it done fast and actually makes sure everything’s good before he leaves. You can tell he really cares and isn’t just rushing through jobs. It honestly makes such a difference having someone reliable like that. Definitely appreciate him!
We had an amazing experience with Woodlawn Apartments, and a huge part of that is thanks to Cheryl. She was absolutely wonderful to work with—so helpful, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. She truly sold us on making this our new home, and we’re so glad she did. Moving back to the U.S. from the Netherlands came with plenty of challenges, but Cheryl made this transition so much smoother for us.
