I called this place home for 5 1/2 years then I moved out and Helene hit and I made a full circle and came back. It will continue to be my home as I feel safe and comfortable here. The management company makes it their business to keep things running as smoothly as possible.
Small, no amenities except for pool which is in need of an overhaul. Horrible landscaping company comes early (like 7 am) and often which has ruined the vegetation on property and it looks bare as they just cut things so far back there are just twigs on bushes. Laundry room is a gamble on wether machines will work. Around $300 more per month of added charges not included in advertised monthly rent. Loud parties at pool during the evening and frequently have homeless in pool area sleeping or cleaning up in the bathroom

Woodlawn is a great community. Cheryl’s team truly care for the residents from the leasing office to the maintenance team what a great team always on time.
