Daniel Fok was understanding and professional with all of his services including his presence on the day of the funeral. Tina Zhang was helpful and kind in squaring away the specifics with my father's final resting place. The were both very nice to work with in our time of grieving.

Since January 2024 each loved one who passed is blessed by their families who have gathered to remember them at Woodlawn Memorial Park. Yes, the funeral arrangers and maintenance team have been very busy coordinating, scheduling and managing services. I have personally worked with them to maintain timely "communication" and this has helped me to assist by speaking with the families while preparing and officiating prior to the funeral services at Woodlawn. The service and experience at this funeral home have been deplorable. From the lack of communication to the unorganized chaos in scheduling and ordering of urns and death certificates. I have been trying to reach Carlos and Hector several times now with their office stating that they're busy, in a meeting, or not in and will call me back. Still have not gotten that phone call. I would not recommend the use of this place, especially during such a difficult time with family and loved ones.

My brother in law was cremated over a month ago and Carlos, and Daniel have not gotten back to us on the death certificates even though San Francisco Records tell me the certificates were available last month. Further more Carlos told us we can pick up the ashes and death certificates late last month on a Saturday but was told we could not pick up the ashes on a Saturday and the Certificates were not available yet. We wasted a long drive from Vallejo because Carlos said we could pick up both anytime. We never get either one ... read more
