My response to the owner aka Rich: So first and foremost, he's right, it was a big project. A project he quoted me at taking approximately 2 weeks to complete but ended up actually taking 2.5 MONTHS! And he didn't even finish it! It got too late in the season to finish it! This is why he claims we were scheduled for more work this Spring...but it wasn't because I wanted it, it was because he had to finish up what he said he was going to have finished last summer.
