☆☆☆ I'll start with the positives. The office is beautifully designed for children, with TVs on the ceiling and a welcoming atmosphere. My son genuinely enjoys going, which makes this review disappointing to write. Unfortunately, the repeated pressure to accept services we had clearly declined became too much. At every visit, I have been encouraged to allow dental X-rays for my son. Took my daughter here to get X-rays done as our dentist office wasn’t able to do them with the equipment they had (she wouldn’t allow it) the entire team was so kind that we came in contact with. The dentist was saw was kind, funny, knowledgeable.
Came here after we had a subpar experience with a non-kids specialized dentist in town, very welcoming and over the top with explaining and comforting the kids, great staff, kids don't mind coming here at all!
We love Michelle! The way she interacts with our son is incredible. She makes sure he feels comfortable every step of the way and takes the time to explain what’s happening and why in a way he understands. We’re so happy we found this dentist for our son!
I don’t know what’s crazier.. the fact that this has a 4.8 star review. Or the fact they charge 245 dollars for 2 minutes to look In my sons mouth. The way this place charges is absolutely pathetic and they stand behind the fact that “everyone charges these fees” Scare tactics to my wife to bring me home a 5,000 dollar estimate to fill 3 cavities with full sedation.. and pretend like that’s our only option. Take a very serious look at where you bring your kids
