I have taken my pets to Woodlawn Animal Hospital for decades. I have not found a more caring, professional, and friendly Vet than Dr Harris in my life! I've tried others on occasion, but never found anyone or any place to rival them. I'll be 70 years old next year and have patronized this clinic since I was about 15 years old, when Dr Brown ran the practice. I keep seeing refinements and improvements every year since Dr Harris took over.
If you have a pet that you are looking to have seen by a well educated and experienced veterinarian with a clean office that’s very welcoming with reasonable prices and accommodations and one of your own. I highly recommend Dr. Harris this women is the best I’ve seen and I enjoy working with her. I’ve taking several of my pets to her and will continue. #supportblackbusinesses
I have been a client of Woodlawn Animal Hospital for 10 years now. My first visit ever with Dr. Harris was an emergency appointment. My dog Stitch had injured himself while playing in the house. During the appointment Dr. Harris thoroughly examined my dog and asked me lots of questions. She referred me out to an urgent care facility. My experience with Dr. Harris started out very well, as everyone else. I brought my dog in for surgery to remove bladder stones. She explained everything to me about the how and why of stones, and I quickly scheduled surgery. ($1200 plus $200 for x-rays, among other expenses) After the surgery, the doctor told me that she was unable to remove two stones that were embedded in his bladder wall, but the prescription dog food would dissolve them, and she also told me on more than...Continue Reading
