I have moved many times during my 15 years in the United States, and Woodlark Residencies is truly the best apartment community I have ever lived in. If there were a ten star rating, I would gladly give it a ten. If it were not for a sudden job change, I would never want to leave this place. I have been living at Woodlark for almost 5 months. My wife and I moved here from SF, and it was the best decision we've made housing wise in our entire lives. Gaea, the property manager is a gem, she is incredibly responsive and her personal touch is the engine that drives this entire property. The grounds are always clean, the salt-water pool is heated all year around, and once again Gaea and her team are second to none when it comes to management. I've been living here for three years and love it! The apartments are surrounded by tall trees which gives it a great atmosphere. Luis and Orlando, our landscaping and maintenance team, are very friendly and I love stopping to talk to them! They always address any issues quickly and reliably.
We recently attempted to apply here. We self toured. During the tour the manager assured us over the phone that extra parking for our additional vehicle was not going to be a problem. She stated there was always plenty of open parking. When we received the application we noticed we were assigned a parking space 250 to 300 yards down a steep hill. from our assigned unit, We would constantly be carrying groceries and other items 250 to 300 yards up a very steep hill. I have been at Woodlark for three months, and during that time I have been impressed by the way the Maintenance staff works and relates to the people who live in the community. Orlando and Luis have been here for 20 years, and they are definitely the heart and soul of the property. Landscaping is lovely, the pool is pristine and response for repairs is timely.
