Special thanks to Mario!! He is always prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. Whether it’s a minor issue like a running toilet or something more serious like an AC problem, he always responds quickly and gets it fixed right the first time. He has been there on holidays and in the pouring rain and every time he is courteous and friendly. Definitely one of the highlights of living in this community!
We applied to this apartment complex and not really knowing the process of everything but Stephanie the assistant manager at the time was such a kind and helpful professional person She really helped us out so much. She was so patient throughout the entire process I felt so grateful to be able to call her if I had any questions or concerns about anything without her feeling any type of annoyance.
