Absolutely terrible experience with your receptionist, Aurora. I called asking to speak with a manager, and midway through the conversation she suddenly pretended she couldn’t hear me and hung up. I thought maybe it was a technical issue, so I called back twice—only to have her intentionally hang up on me both times. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. The way this place operates needs to be addressed. It is completely illegal and unethical. They moved my daughter out of her apartment before her lease even ended, solely to their advantage, so they could move a male tenant in and accommodate him and another male. She was displaced before her lease was up. Then there were the random workers who entered her apartment unannounced—twice—while she was sleeping. Can you even imagine her terror?
