I see the good reviews when buying a new motorcycle. How they are so great. We'll when and if you deal with service especially when it comes to bmw. These place is very deceptive in there business practices on the service. The let you believe one thing and charge an astronomical labor time. Buyer beware. I paid $400 labor for an oil change. I also paid the $125 f or the inspection. The inspection included hooking up the computer for updates and oil reset mileage. Which was not done. Then the actual parts for oil change. High turnover salesperson, and the replacements know very little about the products. Service department is not exactly the fastest either. It takes me 6 months to get my K1600 repair for fuel issue. Took me 5x correspondences to even get the grey key for my brand new GSA, and I have previously bought 3 bikes from them. Think I am done buying anything from them. They are polite on the phone, but extremely ineffective to get things done.
Great staff , friendly service , great service department.
