I have been a patient for a very long time and have always gotten great care. My father had cancer and the staff has always been caring. When he was alive they made him feel good and smile.

This is the worst, most unprofessional office ever. When I first went I did not get my pain meds for over one month. Then I had proceedure schedule and No one calls me to say it is cancelled. They said they left a message but I never received one or I would not have taken time off!! Then they say well my number is an 832 number so not everyone calls me back..uhhh if you left a message I would have called , if you called and though I would just call a random number back...nope. I haven't been able to schedule an appointment with this group and have been trying for 6 weeks. Probably the poorest patient service I've ever received. It took be 30 minutes on one call (25 minutes on hold) to simply confirm they received some information from my doctor. The "new patient" person has only called me once (to say they needed some additional info) and I have reached out to them several times. I have repeatedly been put on hold for extended periods of time after specifically asking not to be put on hold. The do... read more
