DO NOT LIVE HERE! PICK THE DORMS, THEYRE INFINITELY BETTER!! Horrible speed bumps that can break your car, if your car managed to avoid them, don’t worry, not enough security so it’ll just get stolen or picked apart. They keep parading on not allowing guests to stay long but allow animals in literally every building no matter who it inconveniences. Water pressure is higher if you pipet by mouth here. Ok place to live, perks being it's right next to campus. But there are some issues with the place. I had my car stolen off the lot, and a classmate had their catalytic converter stolen. I can only imagine who else has had these issues in other programs. There are no cameras in the vicinity, campus security does patrol from time-to-time but not so frequently as to catch criminals in the act. They should invest in a security program or put a gate. I've disliked this place from the moment I moved in. The sink is too small, the water pressure is too weak to properly clean dishes, and you can hear your upstairs neighbor’s every footstep and conversation through the vents. The paint job looks like it was done by an amateur, with splatters on the floors and baseboards. We’ve had two leaks in our bedroom, and no matter how hard I clean, there's always a strange, lingering odor. Not a terrible place to live. A pool area, 24/7 clubhouse access, apartment washer and dryer, close to RFU, open to animals in building 7. But they do have some serious problem. 1.) cost. Somewhat on the high side for this area (though not like NYC or San Fran high). 2.) It's November of 2022, COVID-19 cases are low in Lake County, yet they are requiring masks to be worn in their clubhouse regardless of vaccination status? RFU isn't even requiring them!
