Stay away! Not worth the rent! Staff ignores problems to get them to go away. Grounds and equipment need upkeep. In fact, if you are out on the trails or grass, watch where you step! Many dog owners don't pick up after their pets. Also, hallways/stairways are often dirty. Had a leaky shower and told maintenance that I did want to be there for the repair. OK Large, spacious apartments at a decent price for what you get, including a washer/dryer in most apartments. Bills itself as luxury apartments which is a big stretch. They have a nice pool area, friendly staff, monthly events. They do allow dogs and cats. Underground garage is okay, trash is always overflowing though. Parking outside is horrendous; not even enough spots for the residents. The outside of the complex is immaculately kept... they water daily and have frequent maintenance on the exterior.
