We have lived here for a little over 4 years. The first apartment we moved into had mold damage due to a leak under the foundation. It ruined over $2000 worth of personal items. We were reimbursed for a mattress. Come to find out that a few years earlier the tenants before us had the same mold issue. Terrible Customer service, Rent has increased $500 in 2 years with absolutely no changes to the apartments themselves. I am not very pleased with the management team at all. I have only been a tenant for all of 6 months and I can not get a call back from the property manager at all. I have left 3 messages and the office is ALWAYS closed. I have mold in my kitchen I have reported over 10 days ago and have not been told when the issue is going to be addressed, however I do know that it is going to take time to repair.
