First day here and the dryer is not working. I need to dry my bed clothes cause I just moved in and need something to put in my bed to could sleep. The maintenance technician called to tell me that the property manager Andrea is saying this is not an emergency and that I should wait until Tuesday for they to fix it. If this is how they're going to work it's going to be a nightmare for the next year.
Currently living here and will NOT be resigning any lease at all. The maintenance manager Manny will tell paying tenants to go buy things and fix issues themselves or closes tickets without fixing anything or blames the property manager for repair times or not fixing it at all. The property manager Jason never answers or returns calls to resolve issues, unless you call multiple times, leave a 2 or more voicemails and get an apology 10 days later. mice, mice, mice((( this is a terrible complex. Jason is very nice and polite, BUT he has never fulfilled all the requests for repairs. For example, we waited 4 months for the door to be repaired and in the end my husband had to do it. The rusty dishwasher has been waiting for replacement for 9 months. And returning to the mice, yesterday they came to my garage and in my absence sprayed a spray that had a very strong smell, as a result I was forced to spend the night with my children at friends. Since the very beginning of living at Woodland of Brookfield, I've been dealing with a mouse problem that persists to this day. All requests to address the issue are ignored. The condition of the property is very poor, and nothing gets repaired despite repeated requests. The rent is high, but the quality of the housing is extremely low. I do not recommend this place at all.
