- Moved in after 10 days of paying rent and house was still dirty. Did not see any evidence of professional cleaning - Flush is still leaking - Had to use dryer 4 times to dry clothes - Sample restoration has a a shower, and was told you will get the renewed plan but in exact we have the old tub with tons of scrates and almost completed its life - The facility gave us dustbin with stains all over the place. Can’t say enough about how quickly and efficiently the maintenance crew replaced our smoke detector. I heard the chirping and filled out the request the night before. I came home from work and it had been replaced. Nice! And thanks!
The issue was addressed after only a month later…
