Day 1 I noticed mole in vents sink was leaking with a smell. After 2nd month ac went out and was out until I moved in August they DO NOT FIX anything They are nice and spacious but that mold and painted tubs will have you sick
I’ve been renting here for 3 and haven’t had any problems or complaints about my apartment. Management and staff is nice and very helpful... I will recommend to a friend!!!

I’ve been living here for two years and I’ve enjoyed living here. The office is prompt with requests and questions and Byron Williams is an amazing maintenance man! Anytime we need something done, he is there and gets the issue resolved quickly. -Leo
