Dear Management, Oh, how convenient. I posted photos and proof of the issues I experienced here, and suddenly my review and comments disappeared. I guess the truth isn’t quite as appealing as the picture you want future tenants to see. 🤔 For anyone considering living here: PLEASE do your research and ask very specific questions before signing a lease. While I understand you planned on addressing the issues in the apartment, I reached a point where I was exhausted from repeatedly reporting the problems and continuing to get sick. Closing the vents does not explain the severe mold growth throughout the apartment, including on my belongings and around food storage areas. The vents were reopened by your team, yet the mold continued to return time and time again. These apartments have a serious mold problem. Instead of fixing the root cause, management paints over the mold and tells residents it’s “just dust.” I had a mold sample tested, and it confirmed that it was mold. I reported the issue multiple times. Maintenance cleaned the vents and painted over the affected areas, but the mold came back and ended up ruining many of my personal belongings.
