I wish I could GIVE ZERO STARS, but the only option was 1! DON’T TRUST THIS COMPLEX I recently had a frustrating experience with the apartment office while trying to secure housing. From the outset, it was clear that transparency was not a priority for them. The office staff was vague about move-in dates and requirements, leaving me and others in limbo for weeks on end. I am truly grateful for mrs. Dorian and Mrs. Shayla they are both great and very patient, Mrs. Dorian communicated with me the whole time, I am enjoying my new home. SO In 2021 I moved from Houston to BEAUMONT. They showed me a different apartment that I supposed to move in the morning I came and drove from Houston to Beaumont. They gave me another apartment. It was nasty. It was food on the wall. It was dust on the floor on the ceiling fans gnats in the kitchen bugs in the room I don’t recommend Anybody with kids to stay over there? Loud neighbors, trash be everywhere & they throw it on my side as if it was mine. Management is amazing & super nice. I wouldn’t move back here though. It’s not peaceful here at all.
