Parents and co-signers read this. Woodlands attempted to charge me for damage caused by my daughters roommates dog. When I disputed the charge they asked for a lower amount. I paid the lower amount to settle to dispute. They accepted the payment then sent me to collections for the balance and dented my credit rating. Very underhanded and unprofessional.
