They take 30 minutes to take your call. The woman I spoke to was rude. She told me she can’t do anything for me until they receive my referral. My referral was sent this morning from the building “NEXT TO THEM”. I called my dr to make sure they sent it and they sent it again and told me to call again to set up appointment. So far I’ve spent over an hour and a half on hold trying to get a hold of these people and after waiting the first 20 minutes they hung up on me.
