medically- they’re great. however if you’d ever like to speak to them over the phone, good luck. you’ll either be on hold for an hour or get someone who speaks like they’re in the quiet place. so incredibly difficult! they wouldn’t even answer my physicians.
My mother is a patient of Dr. Alexander and he and his staff are wonderful. However, the one star is for the communication system. I need to reschedule an appointment for her. A 10 minute process tops. I have been on hold or hung up on for six hours today and have still not spoken with anyone! With all the doctors that are on staff there is only one phone number to contact?
