Just changed management and new property management are running the place into the ground. Lawn is never mowed and staff are not polite people. My mother has been out of water for 2 days now and they say not their problem after flushing hydrants and everyones water was out. Now just my parents house. This place was wonderful when Mark ran it but now its turning into a dump. Raising lot rent again and not putting profits in mantaining property or homes on it. They have better mobile communities in Detroit and Pontiac. Get it ... read more

If you have any sense at all stay far away from this place. Management is a joke.
Recommendedthis is a great place to live. i would definitely recommend it to people. lots of ammenities! very peaceful and quiet. too much to list here!! you should check it out
we were told we couldnt take our son swimming its adult swim and if their would have been adults we would have understood and left but o ly people that were in pool besides us all had kids we all got kicked out this was result when we were leaving cause everyone got kicked out
We just moved in, but the manager and office staff have been wonderful!

Management is Crooked thieves, harass residents that are alone and elderly to the point of terror. Seen Mark Arney take every last penny from a resident who's mother had just died. Let an old women live for years with no furnace in her 80s. Throw a women dying of cancer out and take her home. Bookkeeping is completely obvious that money is being embezzled. He prays on the weak, elderly, and alone residents. Water is poisonous. Residents go without electricity 6-10 times a yr for days on end.
