In regards to Dr. Jamal Joudeh....The worse doctor that I have ever seen from day one in 2014. He is not passionate about his patients. He is all about the money. He does not like to talk about anything other than what he is treating you for. If you try to, he stops you rudely and says we dont have time for that, he has other patients to see. RecommendedI would like to express my appreciation for the care and skills of Dr. Bernstein in recent surgery and consultations. I highly recommend him and his staff. I would also like to express my thanks to Dr Wolters on call who came to my aid and accomplished,what four nurses were unsuccessful, In placing my catheter with skill and compassion in about 30 seconds. My thanks to you all.

RecommendedDr. Petel, Nikki, and all the Nurses in Hematology/ Oncology, and our beautiful nurses in chemo are amazing. Ms.Terri thank you for all your hard work you are amazing. Wouldn't have chosen a better place. The Valet guys that greet you and know who you are as soon as you hit those doors. The girls at the front desk in imagining are great. I tried for 4 days to get appointment for my husband that had been to ER in Atmore and West Florida hospital they said they would call back but never did if it is that bad just to get appointment then I don't think I would ever get to see a dr and I don't like to be lied to .
These folks have never called my father-in-law back after he called them when he was referred to them on Sunday in the ER. He has been stuck with a catheter since Sunday night that should have been removed by Tuesday. Don’t even get me started on how it took them over 3 weeks to call my husband when he was referred for suspected cancer.
RecommendedMy experience was absolutely amazing everyone was so nice and everyone was so loving and caring. I would recommend his place to everyone who needs any kind of treatment.. the infusion suite was comfy & homelike. All the nurses were so devoted and caring. Never to busy to listen to anything I had to say. They’re so amazing. I could go on and on but I think this sums it up. Just absolutely amazing
I would have given the Woodlands a better rating if I had not had to continue sending messages asking them to send documentation to my insurance to pay for bloodwork over the last month repeatedly. Especially when I received a message back asking me if I had the contact information to send the documentation if the woodlands billed my insurance they should be able to contact them and I can't be the only person ever to need the woodlands to do this.
