I had the best experience from front desk to the back staff. Everything was so organized and the staff were very informative!
Not a good experience at all. I had to get a tooth pulled and a root canal, by the time I got my tooth pulled my numbing shot had definitely worn off, I was literally in tears while pulling the tooth and the dentist just kept going. I call 2 days later trying to get meds called in because I’m in so much pain, dentist says she will call medicine in… I get to HEB to pick up the meds HOURS later and they never called it in by that time they were closed for the day. Not a good experience. After taking X-rays and doing a basic check-up for my son, they told us they don’t treat children. This should have been communicated when we made the appointment.
Ridiculous hours. Latest appointment is 3:30 and only half days on every other Friday and no weekends. Great if you're unemployed or independently wealthy with no work or school.
Amazing experience — no gimmicks, just results! We came in to the creekside location as new patients and were blown away. They saw us, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it all on the same day. No “come back later” or upselling — just straight to the point, professional care. We got a full assessment, they explained the solution clearly, and took care of everything right then and there.
